Before opening and using, ensure the sealing of high pressure vessel, and no leakage of various parts and joints; Purge the valve port before use to prevent dust from entering the pipeline or pressure reducing valve.
Personnel operating high pressure vessels must stand on the side of the valve nozzles and operate slowly to prevent air from escaping and injuring people.
Operators must have certain gas knowledge, familiar with safe operation procedures, have experience in dealing with accidents; If there is leakage in the process of using it, the cause of leakage should be quickly found, and after troubleshooting, the gas can continue to be used.
The gas cylinder should be kept away from the heat source, with a safe distance of more than 3m, and the temperature of the container should be lower than 40℃ to ensure the safety.
Do not hold the valve handle when moving gas cylinders to prevent potential safety hazards caused by misoperation. Do not knock the high-pressure vessel at will to avoid vibration.
At the end of the use, note that all valves must be closed, including pressure relief valves, bottle valves; Be careful not to screw too tightly, otherwise the valve will cause irreversible damage, it is difficult to open next time.
Gas unit operators should stick to their posts and be serious and responsible.
To confirm whether there is gas in the high-pressure vessel, use inert gas for internal replacement or check after evacuation; The maintenance or cleaning equipment should also use inert gases such as nitrogen to replace the residual gas inside.
When using gas, the user must pay attention to the excess pressure of about 0.5mpa in the bottle. All kinds of gas cylinders must be tested regularly and can be used after passing the pressure test.
